Your role
Are you a good learner with strong technical and Analysis skills to support key initiatives and able to work in a dynamic environment, with multi location teams?

• The Asset Management is looking for an experienced hands on full stack developer of diverse experience in designing and managing innovative solutions in Asset Management or Financial services domain.
• The candidate should also have strong Asset Management domain knowledge.
• In this role you will work closely with other members of the development team, business analyst and project manager.
• Strong Analysis and Technical Skills – Experience in understanding Business Analysis and Design functional specifications
• Extensive experience in Project life cycle in Agile Sprint methodology with continuous integration.
• Contribution to on-going improvements of existing solutions.
• Responsible for the various tasks in end to end projects including integration of core platform with up-stream and downstream systems
• Coordination with business Analyst, QA teams to ensure efficient SIT and UAT testing

Your team
This role will be part of CDIO AM IT and will primarily focus on supporting and development for UBS Asset Management.

Your expertise
Functional

• strong understanding of asset management domain .. Fund accounting, corporate action, Security reference, Transaction etc
• Ability to identify and self-manage analysis work for the allocated work stream with minimal or no assistance
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical design
• Ability to drive/contribute SDLC after business requirement sign off
• Fair idea of Agile methodology, familiar with stories - requirement, artefacts used in agile
• Exposure to Analytics and Data knowledge

Technical

• Strong understanding of a programming language – Java / .Net
• Strong understanding of data warehousing & ETL concepts
• Strong experience in RDBMS databases – Preferably Oracle
• Good understanding of various data integration patterns e.g. data API, messaging, ETL, asynchronous transfers
• Very strong at writing PL/SQL code in building solution on Oracle platform.
• Understanding of Unix scripting, Scheduling tool – Autosys/Control M
• Understanding on ETL tool – Informatica / data stage
• Good to have experience in reporting and data visualization technologies (OBIEE, MSTR, PowerBI etc).

Personal

• Excellent interpersonal communication, documentation, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within project working group ensuring continual and effective communication
• Should be able to jell with cross functional team ( across geography)
• environment you stay focused and find solutions together with other project streams, functions, divisional stakeholders as well as various subject matter experts.
