JOB SUMMARY:  

This position will be responsible for working on Enhancements, General Support, Governance and Break Fix in the Oracle Application SCM - Order Management and Oracle WMS Module.

Candidate will collaborate with internal IT as well as the business users to rectify Oracle functional issues and spec out requirements pertaining to business requested enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Senior Business Analyst

• You will participate on design, development, testing and delivery of Oracle application solutions for Emerson Business Units and World areas.
• You will understand the business process and capture functional requirements from Business IT teams and end users and translate business requirements in Oracle requirements identifying the best solution.
• You will be responsible for Oracle ERP (Order Management, WMS and Procurement) development, its customizations and deployment of the solution.
• Configures the system, tests the solution with users.
• Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support
• Provides user training
• Resolves production incidents and problems.
• As part global implementation team, you will support on end-to-end Oracle implementations for the Oracle Order Management, Oracle Warehouse Management & Procurement modules.
• You will work with Oracle Functional & technical support on SR resolution.
• You will work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely.

Skills & Experience required:

• 08 to 12 years of experience on Oracle E-business suite with strong expertise on SCM modules. (OM/WMS/Procurement)
• Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.4
• Expert in the Oracle Order Management (OM, WSH, Advance Pricing, WMS) having advance Oracle configurations, setups, knowledge of Inventory, WMS and Solutioning.
• Advance knowledge and understanding of SCM Business processes and interfaces to other modules.
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL
• Good team player.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible, adaptable and have ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
