Location: Ahmedabad, or Pune

Experience Required: 8+ years

Job Description:

• Experience in performance tuning with Oracle.
• Install, upgrade, administer and monitor 12c/18c and 19c databases.
• Hands on Experience in writing SQL, PL/SQL queries, and UNIX shell scripting.
• Experience with backup/restore functionality using RMAN.
• Thorough Understanding of Monitoring Techniques.
• Must have experience with Mongo DB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with troubleshooting oracle Performance issues and tuning SQL queries using AWR, TKPROF and explain plan.
• Aptitude to independently learn new technologies.
• Create monitors and alerts for user sessions, concurrent processes, table extents and locks for production and test/development systems.
• Any of the Cloud AWS/AZURE experience is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Experience in RAC environment.
• SQL Server database experience but not must.
• Experience with T-SQL would be a plus.
