As an analyst, you will be performing data analytics on the Analytics team to communicate the value of Phreesia to prospective and existing clients, as well as measure the effectiveness of Phreesia’s marketing efforts. We are looking for curious and detail oriented individuals who have experience with reporting, data visualization, analyzing/interpreting data, data processes/quality improvement, and communicating recommendations.

You will:

• Export and scrub large datasets from multiple reporting/analytical systems
• Leverage SQL Server or other technologies to combine datasets
• Perform data analysis to quantify the value clients are receiving from Phreesia’s products
• Create executive level presentations and reports to communicate product value to internal stakeholders and clients
• Perform analysis on Phreesia’s ongoing marketing efforts to measure marketing effectiveness to equip executives with data to help inform budgeting and decision making
• Using SQL or other coding languages for report automation
• Perform ad hoc analysis for Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Client Solution teams
• Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining deadlines
• Ability to QA results and identify errors to ensure accuracy of deliverables
• Continual focus on process improvement and cross training peers

You have:

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Excel skills and experience, including complex formulas, pivot tables VBA, and PowerQuery
• Basic experience with SQL and SQL Server
• Experience building and exporting reports in Marketo (Database and Revenue Cycle Explorer), Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, science, finance, or economics
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or marketing science/analytics
• Experience in healthcare preferred but not required

Shift time: 1.30 pm - 10.30 pm

Weekly Rejuvenation breaks: Saturday & Sunday
