As a Business Analyst in Fractal, you will understand and define the business needs of the customer, assess the impact of those needs in order to communicate and implement the recommended efficient solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have extensive experience in stakeholder management, BRD/FRD preparation, guiding the delivery team on business/functional understanding, helping in preparing the testing plan to do thorough validation, UAT sign-off & documentation
• Detailed requirements gathering and documentation preparation, which will include developing requirements with stakeholders who have difficulty articulating them, understanding the business processes and desired outcomes.
• Drive the development and support of self-service data and analytic solutions that empower the customer to explore and manage data insights
• The individual should bring thought leadership and best practices in data analytics and should be able to drive the conversations with clients on new and emerging trends in this space.

Qualification & Experience:

• The overall experience of minimum 3 to 6 years with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Excel, SQL, PPT, dashboard
• Problem-solving, communication skills & Creative thinking, client engagement
• Expertise in any of the data visualization tools like Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI or Tableau
• Has worked in Agile development model during the development cycle.
• Capable of working with development teams locally and globally.
• Knowledge of Pharma commercial datasets like Patient Level Data, IQVIA retail-Non retail datasets, Specialty Pharmacy datasets, etc
• To solve Pharma business problems by applying Advanced Analytics techniques using SQL, Python, Excel & other tools/techniques
