About the job

Minimum qualifications:

·      Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or similar area, or equivalent practical experience.

·      6 years of relevant work experience within UX, HCI, applied research setting, and/or product research and development.

Preferred qualifications:

·      Experience working with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity and driving projects forward

·      Strong collaboration skills with other UXers, PM, Engineering, Marketing, Legal.

·      Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users.

·      Excellent interaction and visual design skills and an solid portfolio of interactive projects

Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. As an UX Interaction Designer, you will make a positive impact on the lives of users. Youll work on a collaborative team focusing on making things user friendly and transparent for all. In this role, youll be part of a cross functional team, building innovative products using your mix of interaction design and visual design skills.

Responsibilities

·      Partner closely with cross functional members to define user needs, opportunity space, and product requirements.

·      Define design direction in close collaboration with other Designers, Researchers, Writer to define approach, tone, personality, ease of use, end-to-end flows.

·      Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout product development and implementation process.

·      Build strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to drive user focus, creativity, efficiency, and product excellence
