Position Requirements
-Intermediate Excel skills required for reporting duties
-Basic Microsoft Office Experience
-Basic knowledge of SQL- Must know how to write simple queries
-Must have a clear understanding of database structures
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
-Merge Team: Perform data stewardship by reviewing the validity and accuracy of merge candidates, identifying discrepancies or errors in the data, and checking output to confirm that merges were successfully processed in all systems
-Master Data Team – Perform data stewardship activities by reviewing and validating D&B customer identification assignments. Selecting between the best information available for the customer on the available data sources.
For all candidates:
Working within Salesforce, Custom UI and backend data systems
Working with IT and project teams to resolve errors and data issues
Pulling and consolidating reporting metrics
Perform data stewardship by identifying data quality discrepancies
Validating data by visually comparing corresponding data from multiple sources

Qualifications (include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Related Work Experience)

-Data Steward, BSA, or Data Analysts background is preferred, but open to recent graduates with strong motivation and technical/computer/data skills
-Strong attention to detail and proof-reading abilities,
-Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team,
-Ability to clearly communicate data quality issues and needs
-Excellent English and communication skills via email
-Proven analytical skills, technical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable performing repetitive tasks on a daily basis
