Department Description

The strategic program management function is focused on large scale change initiatives to address industry, client and business requirements globally as they impact the Markets, Securities Services and Treasury Services businesses. The group provides a unique mix of project skills and product experience that are not tied to a specific business enabling it to provide a consistent, high-quality and responsive approach to the way we manage and execute change.

Role Description

The candidate will be primarily working on creating management dashboards to build high quality reports which will be presented to various stakeholders across teams. The candidate should be completely at ease with all aspects of any of the visualization tools like Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Qlikview, PowerBI. Additionally ETL skills are required as large scale data processing is needed for data-driven decision making.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform data-driven business analysis for understanding data and preparing management level summaries and dashboard using Tableau and SQL.
• Analyze large data sets and Implement end-to-end data analytics process (data sourcing, transformation, patterning etc.) to generate actionable insights supporting the program
• Independently drive key projects from initiation to closure in close partnership with Operations, technology and other teams.
• Communicate clearly, effectively on both technical and business level.
• Work as an individual contributor and collaborate with multiple teams in an effective manner.
• Understanding Project Lifecycle from requirements coverage, UAT, deployment and support.
• The candidate will be responsible for writing queries to extract the required data as well as creating the visualizations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (technology preferred) with overall 4+ years of Data Visualization, ETL and business analysis experience.
• Hands on experience in developing Tableau, Power BI or QlikView Dashboards.
• Analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment in matrix and multi-year project structures where strong influencing skills are needed to balance against competing demands
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL databases, ability to analyze large scale datasets etc.
• Strong communication, problem solving skills and being a quick learner are essential to succeed in the role.
