About the jobClient Onboarding & System Integration (COSI) team leads a high priority new client onboarding involving data analysis & profiling, reference data management, system integration and maintenance. In close partnership with Operations and Technology groups the team helps to shape and implement operations’ global technology strategy to meet business goals.The role of the Data Analyst is to interact with stakeholders and other constituents at all levels in Operations and Technology. Creating the data strategy for the team. Gather the data, analyze, validate, ETL, and reporting. Also guide the team for better data strategy.Experience And Knowledge3 to 7 years of related experience with Data Analysis.Understand the actual business needs and transform them in data strategy.Bring the new changes to make the current process efficient.Multi system integration experience.Collect data, clean data, validate data and re-collect if any issue found.Build your data models with ETL tools (SSIS / Alteryx),create some BI with the help of presentation tools (Powe BI / SSRS / Tableau).Guide the team members for the business and data wise.Design, Develop, and implement enhancements and changes in existing reports.Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and guides.Strong Excel and Excel functions knowledge for primary data analysis and reporting.Connect with stakeholders for operational data.Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesGood understanding of SQL Server, SPs, functions, views etc.Knowledge in building Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, business intelligence/data visualization tools.Exposure to ETL tools will be an added advantage.Working knowledge of financial industry data models is a plus.Other programming experienceFinancial services industry experienceStrong communication skillsTeam handling skills.
