About the job

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with senior leadership to create an enormous impact using the latest analytics tools and techniques.
• You will be expected to lead the analytics for the vertical and drive multiple problem statements which are critical for the business.
• Work on high-level projects and deep dives to figure out insights from the data and build analytical frameworks and presentations.
• Be able to drive the analysis hands-on.
• Set up the central analytics reporting by making sure the tracking is done at the right frequency for the KPIs.
• Work on problem statements related to supply and demand side optimisation to solve for cost and efficiency.
• Co-own the product goals and drive analytics in the right direction to achieve the goals.
• Build and lead the development of ML models as per the business needs.
• Work collaboratively with data engineering to contribute to the building of data warehouse and data pipelines.
• You will be hiring, leading, and mentoring junior analysts in the team.

Requirements

• Preferably 3+ years of analytical experience.
• Extremely strong analytical orientation and product understanding.
• Demonstrated experience in descriptive, predictive analytics and expertise in SQL and Python/R.
• Experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Looker, etc.
• Experience with Clevertap, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
• Ability to understand data architecture and data engineering pipelines is good to have.
