What does it take to be at CareMonitor?

• You’re a techie to the core & you love to look at complex data structures.
• Develop and maintain new/existing Tableau dashboards to support analytical solutions
• You have at least four years of experience in commercial software development focusing on Data Analysis and Dashboard development.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic challenges, understand their needs, cross-question them to avoid assumptions and proactively recommend intelligent insights to solve the unanswered questions throughout the engagement.
• Translate data into information; information into knowledge; including the ability to identify data patterns, trends and linkages
• Strong SQL experience in writing complex queries.
• At least two years of experience working with the Tableau product suite.
• Work with Data Visualisation
• Support towards better storytelling
• Deliver reports in an agile environment and timely manner
• Willing to push the boundaries to achieve submillisecond performance.
• You’re a team player, a thinker, and a doer.

It's great but not required if you have:

• Experience with statistical programming languages (R or Python)
• Previously worked in global teams and high-growth companies
• An understanding of the SaaS development, healthcare industry, business model and metrics
• Are an active member of the broader analytics and data science community
