What does it take to be at CareMonitor?
- You’re a techie to the core & you love to look at complex data structures.
- Develop and maintain new/existing Tableau dashboards to support analytical solutions
- You have at least four years of experience in commercial software development focusing on Data Analysis and Dashboard development.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic challenges, understand their needs, cross-question them to avoid assumptions and proactively recommend intelligent insights to solve the unanswered questions throughout the engagement.
- Translate data into information; information into knowledge; including the ability to identify data patterns, trends and linkages
- Strong SQL experience in writing complex queries.
- At least two years of experience working with the Tableau product suite.
- Work with Data Visualisation
- Support towards better storytelling
- Deliver reports in an agile environment and timely manner
- Willing to push the boundaries to achieve submillisecond performance.
- You’re a team player, a thinker, and a doer.
It's great but not required if you have:
- Experience with statistical programming languages (R or Python)
- Previously worked in global teams and high-growth companies
- An understanding of the SaaS development, healthcare industry, business model and metrics
- Are an active member of the broader analytics and data science community
