About the job

Required Technical Skill Set (Primary) ::

• Intermediate statistical and analytics tools knowledge

• Prepare reports using various Business Analytics reporting tools

• Prepare and present data in right form (Dashboard and other visualizations like Graphs, Tables) for Decision-Making and Problem-Solving.

• Experience in data models and reporting.

• An Analytical mind and inclination for problem solving.

• Multinational Environment seen as plus/ dealing with complex environments and matrix reporting structure.

Desired Experience Range :: 8 Years to 10 years in Data Analyst role

Location :: Bangalore

Must-Have ::

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques

• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

• Creating Dashboards and synthesis

• Work on advanced analytics projects to support Business Problem using data driven methodology

• Drive cross functional engagements to define problem statements, establish KPIs, collect or Process Data, build analytical models, evaluate models, develop self-service analytical solutions, and make or present actionable recommendations to leaders or Team

• The position requires teamwork within process experts, IT, Data Scientist, Plant, COE Teams

• Conducts and Facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment and decision-making process

• Creating visualizations and dashboards to interpret and make decisions

• Build and support development and deployment on AI/ML models for process improvements.

Good-to-Have ::

• Basic level of programming knowledge in Python, R, Java, Sequel DB

• Interpersonal skills and working with global diverse groups

Expectations from this Role ::

• To compile the data from different sources and get the data ready for FACA analysis

• Drive standardization of data outputs from automated equipment/test stands by working with engineering and business, Master Data Management

• Handle the Demos and POCs for clients.
