Roles and Responsibilities :

• Proven related experience in customer/consumer/marketing analytics with good understanding of dashboard creation and reporting
• Strong ability to multi-task prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Must be proactive, flexible and able to work on time sensitive projects.
• Ability to consolidate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Able to mentor a small team of junior analysts.

Skill Set Matrix

• Experience of 4-8 years in the area of marketing analytics/customer analytics.
• Strong experience in Tableau and relational database is required
• Skillset : Tableau, SQL, Python (optional)
• Good understanding of data analysis, root-cause analysis and insight creation.
• Good interpersonal skills with project management experience would be good to have.
• BE/BTech/MCA/Post Graduate in Computer Science/IT
