Description

This position will be responsible to create intelligent and insightful dashboard to help training team to reduce attrition and increase throughput. This position will also be able to assist with various type of analysis to generate valuable insights for on-time decision making.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject -

• Experience in concepts like Regression, logistic regression, Decision Trees, , Random forest, Boosting, Support Vector Machines(SVM), KNN, Time Series Forecasting, Clustering
• Excellent knowledge of one or more statistical programming language, preferably Python
• Strong hands on expertise in SQL and Excel
• Knowledge to run BI tools (like Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
