Group Company: HealthifyMe Wellness Private LimitedDesignation: Business Analyst (HME_NOP_NRIB_BA)Office Location: Bangalore (India)Position description:Roles and responsibilities: Â·  Work closely with the business stakeholders for enabling data-driven decision-making.·  Explore large datasets and give meaning to numbers by identifying insights.·  Post each major event, collate information, and present data in a cohesive succinct manner such as to evolve the construct significantly with each iteration.·  Understand and report the performance of various product features and business functions. Requirements:·  Expert in SQL DML queries.·  Should be proficient in Spreadsheets and visualization tools like Tableau.·  Strong storytelling skills while explaining problem statements and potential solutions to the stakeholders.·  Proficient with importing, cleaning, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data for decision-making purposes and improving the quality of the product.·  Should have strong business acumen to understand the key business KPIs.·  Should have an entrepreneurial mindset to be able to navigate between different teams to gather data and present key opportunities and threats in business·  Should be able to challenge the status quo and come up with new approaches using both creative and analytical mindsets.·  Having prior experience with startups is an added advantage. Look forward to·  Working with a world-class team that is highly data-driven in daily operations and decision making.·  Fun & work at the same place with an amazing work culture and flexible timings. Â·  Get ready to transform yourself into a health junkie.
