We’re currently searching for business analysts to help deliver innovation within the product portfolio. Our ideal candidates are detailed planners, expert communicators, with a deep sense of curiosity about the ever-changing digital landscape.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Develop and refine requirements for Customer Experience modules within the HCL Software portfolio.
• Work with User Interface developers to apply the requirements to wireframes and prototypes.
• Work with developers to clarify and provide deep detail on coding requirements.
• Interview stakeholders and customers for insights into requirements.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
• 1+ years of proven experience in a business analysis and systems development capacity
• Knowledge of eCommerce concepts
• Experience developing details requirements specifications and use cases
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint
• Working knowledge of Mural, or other design thinking tools
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Experience working in Agile development/Scrum concepts (Epics, Stories, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Nice to have – experience in wireframe development
• Nice to have – experience in modern cloud development (Spring, Postgres, Redis)
• Nice to have – experience in cloud architectures (Google, AWS, Azure)
