We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. You would be involved in identifying complex problems, breaking them down into smaller parts, and implementing creative, data-driven solutions.You would be responsible for defining, tracking, and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.Role & ResponsibilitiesEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Will model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business processes.You will closely work with the business/product teams to enable data-driven decision-making.You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.You will drive data-driven decision-making through the stakeholders.You will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data.You will drive the team to adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Educational/ Work ex:Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or MBA from a reputed tier 1/2 institute3+ Years of experience in a relevant roleRequired abilities/competencies:Extensive experience with data visualization.Ability to break down any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved.Ability to negotiate on the scope of the problem through business understandingPenchant for business and persistence to work with data to derive insightsExperience in analyzing extensive, complex, multi-dimensional data setsAbility to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverablesAbility to independently plan and execute deliveriesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirementsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Technical capabilities:Expertise in Google workspace (Sheets, Forms, Google data studios, Apps Script editor, App sheet)Expertise in Tableau, Quick sights & Power BScripting languages (MySQL, R-programming, Python, etc.)Good background in statistical modeling
