About the job

Responsibilities

· Support the data needs of our rapidly growing business

· Mine data to create new Insights into for various areas including subscriptions, renewals, sales / marketing operations and processes.

· Enhance Analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision making analysis

· Creating high impact Tableau dashboards and data visualizations

· Manage Databases (including creating new Tables, Views, and Functions as required)

Required skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering

· 4-6+ years of relevant work experience

· Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required

· Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries etc.

· Good experience working with Microsoft excel.

· Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders

· Prior experience in creating reports related to Subscription Renewals is a major plus

· Prior experience in creating reports from Salesforce and Snowflake data is a major plus

· Excellent communication (verbal and written)

· Strong team player and results driven.

· Go-getter attitude
