The Role: Senior Business Analyst

Grade: 11

Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad

Foreseer is the strategic system of choice in digital transformation space at SPGMI for information extraction from documents and websites. Foreseer is a human in the loop platform that combines latest AI/ML advances with a state of the art UI for delivering multiple projects, all powered by a core distributed, cloud native, auto scalable framework.

This position requires a demonstrable ability to combine problem-solving skills with deep technical and delivery know how. Key aspects we look for are exceptional collaboration and communication skills, can-do attitude, agile mindset, and ability to work on a shared product vision, balancing delivery and code quality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support and foster a quality-first, agile culture that is built on partnership, trust and sharing
• Learning and understanding all aspects of the business and project deliverables.
• Determine project scope and deliverables in accordance with the overall delivery strategy outlined by senior management.
• Elicit user requirements by conducting JAD sessions, Brain storming sessions and process requirement gathering sessions.
• Partner with product management and stakeholders for project delivery.
• Create project plans, backlog and iteration plans using product roadmap as a driving force.
• Manage and track ongoing project within agile framework using scrum, iteration planning meetings, sprint retrospectives and burn down charts.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents( BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents(FRD).
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 7+ years’ experience managing projects, offering business analysis, Product and Program management services to ensure smooth and successful deliveries.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, evaluating and identifying end-user requirements and analyzing information system needs.
• Expertise in performing gap analysis, custom designing solutions and Stakeholder management
• Excels at data driven decision making via analyzing and visualizing data using wrangling techniques of python libraries and Power BI dashboards.
• Quality first mindset with a strong background and experience with developing products for a global audience at scale
• Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with strong ability to influence both IT and business partner.
• Strong Financial services industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master in an agile environment.
